Tender deadlines move. Know when they do.
Aurelmark watches EU public tenders on TED and tells your software the moment a submission deadline changes.
Every tender you bid on, watched every hour.
Send us the TED notice numbers you care about. Aurelmark follows each procedure through TED's official search API and keeps the current deadline for every lot.
Follows the whole chain
Changes arrive on TED as new notices. We link each one back to the tender you enrolled.
Every lot, every time zone
Deadlines are kept per lot, exactly as published, with a UTC timestamp alongside.
Hourly, from the source
Each tender is re-checked every hour against TED, the EU's official tenders journal.
The moment a deadline moves, it's on record.
Every change is stored with the old value, the new value and the official notices behind it, so your team always knows what moved and why.
- Old and new, side by sideNo more guessing which date is current.
- Linked to the sourceEvery change links to both TED notices.
- Nothing skippedPoll with a cursor and receive every change, in order.

Built to be trusted with a deadline.
Official sources only
Every deadline comes from TED, published by the Publications Office of the EU, and every change links to the notices it came from.
Never billed for bad data
If TED can't be read or our data is more than three hours old, the API says so with a 503 and nothing is charged.
Honest about coverage
We only answer for tenders we have enrolled and verified. Ambiguous notices are refused rather than guessed.
Your key stays yours
API keys are stored only as a one-way hash. Request logs keep an ID, a status and a timing, and nothing else.
Simple pricing.

Which tenders can Aurelmark watch?
Open procedures published on TED in eForms, where every lot has a clear submission deadline. Send us the notice numbers and we'll confirm each one before anything is charged. During early access each customer can enrol a handful of tenders.
How quickly does a change show up?
We check every enrolled tender once an hour, so a change normally appears within an hour of TED publishing the new notice.
What happens if TED is down or slow?
We never serve data that is more than three hours old. You get a clear 503 response instead, and the request isn't charged.
Do I get history from before I enrolled a tender?
No. Monitoring starts when a tender is enrolled. The first check records the current deadlines as a baseline, and every change after that is recorded.
Can AI agents use it?
Yes, on their own. Any agent can call the endpoint without a key for up to 100 successful responses a day, and with a prepaid key beyond that. There's a machine-readable agent descriptor and an OpenAPI spec. We're also working on per-request payments that agents can make themselves.
Is Aurelmark affiliated with the EU?
No. Aurelmark is an independent service built on public TED data, © European Union, which the Commission allows to be reused. Always confirm a deadline on the official notice before you rely on it.
Who runs Aurelmark?
Aurelmark is built and run by Ishan Patel, an independent developer based in India. You can reach him directly at ishanpatel3416@gmail.com.
