Refund Policy

Policy

• Unused credits: request a full refund of unused prepaid credits within 14 days of purchase.
• Used credits: credits already used for successful requests are not refundable.
• Failed requests: requests that fail or would return stale data are never charged, so there is nothing to refund.
• Service problems: if a fault on our side affected results you paid for, tell us and we will restore the credits or refund them.
• Discontinuation: if we stop the paid service, we refund all unused credits.

Requesting a refund

Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider. To request one, email ishanpatel3416@gmail.com with your purchase email and date. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
