Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the Aurelmark API and website, operated by Ishan Patel in India ("Aurelmark", "we"). By using the service you agree to them.

The service

Aurelmark provides an API that reports submission deadlines, and changes to them, for tender notices published on TED (Tenders Electronic Daily) that have been enrolled for monitoring. It is an information service. It does not submit tenders and is not affiliated with the European Union or the Publications Office of the EU.

Accuracy

We copy deadlines from official TED data and refuse to serve data we cannot verify as fresh and complete. We cannot guarantee the data is error-free or that every change is captured. You remain responsible for confirming deadlines on the official notice. Do not rely on Aurelmark as your only source for a submission deadline.

API keys and credits

Keep your API key secret; requests made with it are charged to your account. Prepaid credits are used one per successful request, are not transferable and do not expire while the service operates. Prices may change for future purchases; credits already bought keep their value.

Payments

Purchases may be processed by a payment provider acting as merchant of record, whose checkout terms also apply to the purchase. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass billing or rate limits, or access data you are not entitled to. We may suspend keys used abusively.

Availability

The service is provided on a best-effort basis without an uptime guarantee. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the paid service, we will refund unused prepaid credits.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for missed deadlines, lost bids or indirect losses.
